Online or In-Person. Couples therapy aims to help individuals recognize maladaptive behavioral patterns to improve them long-term. Couples therapy focuses on building communication skills, reconciling differences between partners, and addressing systemic relationship patterns.

50-60 mins

Family Therapy

Online or In-Person. Family therapy focuses on improving the interpersonal relationships among family members by addressing negative behavioral manifestations and communication barriers. This type of therapy can improve family dynamics from the child to the parent, parent to parent, or any other ancillary family member.

60-90 mins

Adolescent Therapy

Online or In-Person, on a case-by-case basis. Adolescent therapy aims to address conduct and behavioral issues, in addition to emotional instability, among adolescents, which can be due to typical developmental trajectories or exposure to traumatic experiences.
